Welcome to Preferred Concepts, LLC – Producer Registration

To work with any of our Preferred Concepts divisions, or to access ezumbrella.com, your agency must register with us. If your agency is not yet registered, please join our community of registered producers.  

We’re almost ready to launch our online registration process.  While we put the finishing touches on that, you’ll have to register with us by providing the following 4 items:

1.  A completed  Registration Application.

2.  A copy of your Agency’s current E&O Certificate of Insurance or your E&O Policy’s Declarations Page.

3.  A copy of your Agency Resident and Non-Resident Licenses (P&C and/or Surplus Lines).  Your list should include the state, license type (P&C or SL), license number and expieration date.  We’ve got this handy template for you if you need one!

4. A signed copy of the Producer Agreement.
